Obsoletely Amazing
I’ve never really written an app review but this app and service change that. I got onboard with Wave AI very early and I’ve been totally happy. They also respond to every query in a timely manner. If you’re on the fence, just get it. Solid 4.9 stars out of 5.

月額ではなく週額で課金、その後なんども電話番号を認証しても一向に電話もかかってこず、プラン設定（海外ナンバー）や自分の携帯設定を全て確認したが問題なし。
カスタマーサポートもどこにあるかわからず。

Good app with room for improvement
3 stars. The app does pretty much exactly what it promises — recording conversations and generating summaries — and overall it works well for that purpose. The summaries are useful, and I’ve found it helpful overall.
That said, there’s definitely room for improvement.
The biggest issue for me is the audio playback experience. There’s no good rewind or fast-forward functionality, no playback speed options, and overall the listening experience feels pretty basic. If you actually want to go back and review recordings later, those features would make a huge difference.
It also occasionally gets names wrong in the summaries/transcripts, although that’s usually a smaller issue for me compared to the audio controls.
Another frustrating issue is how sensitive it seems to internet connection changes. If your phone switches between Wi-Fi and cellular, or if the connection briefly drops, the recording can disconnect very easily. Then you have to reconnect, merge notes together, and sometimes you miss important parts of the conversation.
So overall: good app, useful concept, and it does what it says — but the audio playback tools and connection stability really need improvement.

Have to pay to upgrade

The App itself is pretty good and easy to handle but the price transparency is really really bad. I just see choose standard or professional with a price Tag w/o knowing what I subscribe per content. Due to this missing information I will cancel it after test period.

Love your app but to be honest, your response to issues reported in chat is not good. I have posted multiple times in the last week or so and no one responds.

I love the app. However, after the latest update I no longer see the summaries just a blank white screen with the recording below. Can we get this fixed?

Family member in the hospital
Oh my God I love this app. It helps me understand the medical term with the doctor and nurses are saying and I can explain it to my family because I recorded it. This is the best app ever.
Really loved this but the kinks persist
I really loved this app. For years I’ve used it almost everyday. But it stopped being able to upload summaries with proper formatting to Day One and OneNote. Now, for OneNote, I have to email it to myself, cope and paste, and then re-bullet which is super cumbersome. It also recently started just not processing recordings. I use this to transcribe and summarize my night journal, so it’s really aggravating when I’m trying to capture my thoughts and it just doesn’t work. Will start looking at other options when subscription expires unless these issues are fixed. Which is a bummer because I have so much content here.

not accessible to blind people using VoiceOver
The app sounds great. Too bad they exclude VoiceOver users. The initial screens telling us what a great app it is are easily read, but when I went to create an account, I just got image Image Image. Choose an image and it wants me to log in using Apple. Choose another and it wants me to log in using Facebook. Are those the only options? only the sighted can tell, I guess. Thanks for nothing.Too bad I can't give it a 0 rating.

Good but with a couple of improvements
As many reviewers have already stated, this is a very good app. However, there are two things that I believe can be improved upon. One is the playback system. It’s awful. You need a fast-forward and rewind buttons. Or just an overall better playback interface. The second is how long it takes to convert the recording into a summary. It could take a few minutes sometimes depending on how long the recording takes. I may be spoiled, but I expect this to be done within a minute.

Bad Service—do not recommend
signed up for what was advertised as a $2.99 trial, but I was immediately charged $139.99 for a full year. I canceled within minutes and contacted support right away, yet they refused to issue a refund.
The lack of transparency around pricing is extremely misleading. If you advertise a trial, customers should not be charged a full annual membership instantly. Because of this dishonest purchase process and refusal to correct the charge, I cannot recommend this app.

Did not work
I bought this app for one specific phone call. When I received the phone call I hit “the big red button” as I was instructed to do, and it did not work!!! CANCELLED.
