I have deleted the app and redownloaded to no avail. The app still won’t open. HELP!
Won’t Open
Since version update yesterday I have been unable to open the app. Every time I tap on the icon it appears to open then closes immediately! Please fix IMMEDIATELY as it is used to save lives.
Doesn’t Accept Login Credentials on Ipad
It works on the IPhone but not on the Ipad. It says Login credentials are incorrect, but they work everywhere else.
A little frustrating
App refuses to move to landscape mode in iPhone, in my experience. This makes the continuous need to toggle between sections of the application even more frustrating. I had hoped that the recent new release might solve this, but no joy.
