Needs Better Controls
The game looks and sounds amazing, but the touch controls feel sluggish sometimes. I died a lot because of missed inputs. If they fix that, this could be a 5-star game for sure.

Great Game, Some Issues
I really wanted to love this game because the art and story are phenomenal. The Japanese aesthetic is spot-on, and the samurai’s quest for revenge is super compelling. But the gameplay’s got some problems. The controls feel off sometimes, like my inputs don’t always register, which is a big issue in a game this hard. I also hit a couple bugs, like an enemy that wouldn’t die properly. The difficulty’s intense, which is fine, but combined with the control issues, it can be frustrating. I’m still playing because the story and visuals are so good, but I hope the developers fix the bugs soon.

Stunning but Needs Fixes
The art and music in Echoes of Dusk are some of the best I’ve seen in a mobile game. The story’s great too—a samurai out for revenge is such a cool premise. But the game’s got some issues holding it back. The controls aren’t always smooth, especially on touch, and I’ve had a couple crashes that sent me back to the home screen. The difficulty’s also super high, which is fine for some, but I think an easier mode would make it more accessible. I’m still playing because the vibe is so good, but I hope they patch the bugs and tweak the controls.
