Responsive team!

Echolens is an awesome product, being a new one though there were some issues with the app. After identifying those issues and contacting support they were able to fix them within the next update. Looking forward to continuing use of the product and app.

Improved!

Previously caught some bugs that were making it hard to disconnect and download photos. Team was prompt to reach out with solutions and get an update out to fix the issues!!! They have been killing it with the improvements can’t wait for the new features!

Only works 10%

Only able to connect the camera to the app maybe 10% of the time. Disconnecting, reconnecting over and over again. Need a way to connect camera via usbc.

Issues
- fails to connect to camera 60% of the time
- when it does connect it doesn’t show the photos recently taken
- fails to load to roll 80% of the time
- camera shot counter is inaccurate 99% of the time
