EchoX is a place to post honestly without your name attached. Share a thought, ask a question, or tell a story, no profile photo to curate, no follower count, no pressure. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Post an Echo — a short thought, with a colour or photo background • Create a Poll and see what people actually think • Write a Story for something longer • Browse Global, Local, Popular and Following feeds • Join Groups built around topics you care about • Reply to any Echo and join the conversation CONVERSATIONS YOU CONTROL Conversations on EchoX always start from a specific Echo you chose to respond to — there is no random matching and no way to be paired with someone at random. Before any conversation begins you see who you are about to talk to, including their age range, gender, general location, how long they have been on EchoX and how many Echoes they have posted. You then choose whether to continue. If someone messages you for the first time, it arrives as a request. You review their profile and their message, then Accept, Decline or Block. Nobody can hold a conversation with you until you say yes. SAFETY • 16+ only, with strict protections for younger users • Under-18 and 18+ accounts cannot message each other • Mature content is hidden by default and restricted to verified adults • Report or block anyone in one tap • Human moderators plus automated filtering review reported content • Selling or advertising adult content or services is prohibited EchoX is anonymous in the sense that your real name is never shown — not in the sense that you are thrown together with random people. You choose every conversation.
