Incorrect Size received
I’ve order 2 time and both time i received incorrect size. Very disappointed services.On the top we can’t call to discuss the issue. All we have to do is Email.If i return it i have to buy itself parcel tag and pay for shipping.

Additional 20% didn’t apply to my order
I was supposed to receive an additional 20% off my order if I downloaded the app but when I went to enter the code it said it couldn’t be applied to my order because what I ordered was already discounter under a different promo. A disclosure should be noted.

Echt has one of the most comfortable and quality hoodies I have bought, they look great too and have sales so that everyone can afford it. I have almost the whole collection of their hoodies, just waiting for the last few to go on sale and hope they come out with more new ones.

I bought from them 2 maternity leggings and the size is too too small and the material is not good and I want to return them and no one’s back to me I sent 2 emails and nothing happened I don’t deal with this company again

Filters aren’t very good when trying to find things in the size or colour you want. It doesn’t filter out of stock items which is very frustrating. And there appears to be very limited stock of the main attire. But disappointing really

Good clothes need to fix the quality though on the sweatpants label. They come off in the wash after time.
