After update to this two versions the balance in the wallet is not appears again and when you click on the converter the app closes. Great Job.

Where are my tokens??
App has been showing all my tokens and funds as 0 for the past 4 hours. Been spending my evening in panic. No wallet should give this kind of a poor and heart-attack type of experience for investors and crypto enthusiasts. Highly dis recommend until these bugs or issues are fixed. This should simply NOT HAPPEN! Unprofessional, and the support routes you through discord where they say there is a help desk, when in reality, there is no help desk and no way to reach anybody for help. Total epic fail.

Did everything possible it won’t even let users add new tokens to fix their balance and creating addresses doesn’t fix it nor does a total reset

Nothing like advertising suggests
The experience of using this wallet was a complete disaster. Had high hopes from what I read on Twitter. Instead this is slow and clunky, taking far too long to do the simplest stuff. Would also frequently hang or right away crash on me. Not using Ecko ever again. There are other Kadena wallets that are much much better.

Glitchy
App is glitchy and not intuitive at all. Super challenging to use. Even simple tasks like adding funds or viewing transactions tool far too long. Wallets should be easy. Found the whole experience to be more trouble than it was worth.

I’ve used this wallet for 6 months. All good. Simple to use.
Was working great
Wallet app was working great up until this last ‘rebrand’ update. I opened my wallet today and all of my KDAs disappeared, app showing me a big zero… My coin seems to still be in the wallet when I look in the KDA chain explorer but I can’t access anymore, even after a reinstall and seed phrase re-enter. Unless they fix this serious issue I suggest not to use this wallet.

Passcodes
Every time I enter phrase in to set up wallet it’s saying I’ve done it wrong , I’ve done this several times now , I have had many wallets and never had this problem

Biometrics & Passcode
No option for biometrics even though it asks if you want to enable it and cannot select zero when creating a passcode as it’s cut off at the bottom of the screen. At least this is the case on my iPhone se 2020
