Keeps Crashing
When it worked it was great. Now every time I open the app it crashes and closes down right away. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, the app still crashes. This is a problem as this is supposed to be security. What good are the cameras when you can’t check your property while being away from it through the app?

App is nonfunctional
I’ve been using this app for almost four years and it was decent. For the last few weeks it has not worked at all. I don’t know if the company went out of business but it doesn’t appear to be supported by anyone. When I attempt to open it, the app crashes after a couple seconds.
Clunky and broken

This is my work cameras and after update i open app and it closes wont let me see cameras i need this fixed asap

UPDATE: to fix you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it, remember your credentials to log in again

Latest update crashes on startup on iOS 18. Please fix!
Works great when it did, but now it doesn’t
App works great when it did, but now it doesn’t. Every time I open it the app immediately quits. Can’t look at my cameras from my phone anymore and have to use my computer which is a huge inconvenience at times. Eclipse view needs to get their act together and figure out why this app keeps crashing and closing. Everyone else seems to be having the same issues.

Update made app unusable
Whatever recent update took place made the app unusable. It does not open and simply crashes every time. It’s been weeks since this started and the issue is still not resolved. Honestly I would just revert back to the last update if possible.
