Not accurate and not clear how to use
First off, the app did not have clear instructions on how to use and made it seem like it only took 1 scan of 1 foot to work, After scanning 1 foot, no recommendations populated. After trying to figure out how to get a shoe size recommendation, I just happen to try to scan my other foot. Then I got a recommendation!
Second, I was ordering some shows online and it gave me my normal size, but when I got the shoes they didn’t fit! Come to find out the shoes run big and people and the company recommend sizing down half a size. I gathered a things from this, 1. The shoe company needs to axe Eclo. 2. Eclo needs to do research and understand the brand shoes they are recommending. After consulting ChatGPT, it gave me exactly what I needed!
Would not use Eclo again.

Easy to do the measurement, now what?
In this app the actual measuring process was simple & well done. The model built very quickly on my iPhone 14pro Max (Jan2025), however- after that was done - everything about this was frustratingly useless. It did not return ANY useable sizing information, nor did it (after forcing me to create an account and loading data to the cloud), redirect me anywhere online where that data could be obtained or shoes could be shopped for. So, I continue to hunt for what should be a trivial app - one that returns true 3D measurements of feet (since my two feet are two different sizes). I had high hopes for this one - but clearly it isn’t the elementary utility I sought. If any company wants to earn my money as a devoted long term customer, it should learn that the best start is not wasting our time with promising, but ultimately disappointing, drivel like this.

Great idea, implementation frustrating
Just spent half an hour trying this on multiple hard textured floor surfaces with an iPhone XR in different lighting. Sometimes it got the card sometimes not but the scan failed repeatedly— part way through it would just be impossible to get the next part of the foot scanned (when it got the card— and yes we tried several).

A great surprise !
Probably the coolest app I discovered this year. I love the idea and the design of it, very fun to be able to look at my own feet in 3D.
This is definitely the future of online shopping. I cannot wait to be able to order my first pair of shoes. I highly recommend it to anyone 😊
