This app os horrible for iphones 3/4 time doesnt work and when it does it doesnt work proper would not recommend

Latest update killed the app
This last update has the app crashing when trying to view an incident.
It won’t work
There is a white screen up top then to press that I’m going to station it won’t work and it kicks me off the app fix it
Bad update
The new update from 11/5/19 causes the app to crash without being able to view calls. Unacceptable!
Amazing 1st responder app
Just amazing how well this app works for the Police and Fire side. Using the police side for Narcotics teams SWAT and Gang teams. Always well informed on the situation as well as knowing where everyone assigned is at all times. This application should be used in every department.
App won’t go off when there’s a call
For the most part this app is great. But recently me and a few guys and I’m sure many others who have the app are having problems where the app won’t go off when a call or message through the app. I’ve slept through calls a few times now cause of it not going on and i don’t have a pager so the app is the only way i know if my department is getting a call

Not the greatest app
After this new update the ecm push notifications stop working and theirs no way to you can get them to work the app use to work great but now it just completely stinks
Works, but has issues
Pros: gives valuable information, mapping, directions, hydrant and water source information, allows crew to see the incoming members.
Cons: Destination (station/scene) only works about 3/4 of the time, mapping can be weird at times, and the new update messed with the layout. Takes about a half second longer but still annoying.

Awesome app
This app helps out my company with our responders when they're get there and who's coming to the station so we know when to leave and how many we will have

Review
This app has really improved. I got it like 6 or 7 months ago and there was a couple problems but they got taken care of. And I just have comment. When I open up the app whether I am on wifi or not it sometimes crashes or kicks me off and every time I try to go back on it won't allow me. It will stay open but it kicks me off every once in a while. But it is a really good app and the creators and that really take care of you.

The app is amazing I use it all the time, but it would be nice if it would tell us if we were cancelled or when they arrived back at the station. But it is still very helpful!
