An invaluable tool if you're looking to buy a house. An often overlooked topic is how much is a house going to cost you after you buy it (such as electricity for heating). It's amazing how they've been able to incorporate so many technical eco considerations into such an easy to use app. Great work!

Best App ive seen, usefull robust and well designed
Very Thorough
Very cool app for anyone who's looking for a new home and are 'eco-concious'. I guess also for anyone looking to see what they can do to improve their current home. Goes into quite a bit of detail about the house and includes a couple of pretty cool utilities for working out your windows, the direction the house faces etc. Can see this being very popular with architects, builders and real estate agents!
