Very practical
A great reminder to know the pickup schedule and what type of refuse is being picked up, e.g. recycle or trash.
Stopped working
Worked great for a couple years then if removed my address and can’t find it now. Set a report and never heard back.
Large item days
Every two weeks we are supposed to be able to put out some large item. I do not see anything on my weekly email about when we can do this. Please add this info now!
A great app
I really like this app because it helps me to know when my recycling days are when my garbage days are… and that shows me for more than just one day it shows me for a few days, which is very helpful..
No longer works
Always used the app but stopped working and doesn’t recognized my address even though it pops up in the list. Sent a report but never heard anything.
Broken after schedule change
First let me say I love this app. It’s so great to remind you when and what is being collected this week. Our collection schedule changed a few weeks ago from Mondays to Tuesdays.
Since the change I cannot locate my address in the app at all. This makes the app pointless to me if I need to go to the website and look at the PDF schedule.
I have submitted two support requests through the app. Only to receive 1 response of some URLs that didn’t work in the app.
Please fix the app.

Now working ok
App seems to have caught up with changes in pickup schedule. Green and garbage or recycling are in different order each week. This is confusing
Stopped working
Used to love this app. As of mid January it no longer displays the calendar and just says no scheduled events for your area. Doesn’t even acknowledge Shediac exists
Useless App
Won’t even accept our address in Cap-Pele and no one is responding to the errors!

Lag to update app
It’s been over 2 months since collection days have changed in my neighborhood. The app has yet to be updated. They said first week of December it would be by end of week, we are now end of January. Clearly they just don’t care to update it.
Why plastic bags
Why in 2025, in a growing city do I need to buy different coloured bags? Why not plastic containers? I lived in a community of the same size in a different province where we had them. No reason for repeatedly spending unnecessary money.

It is very convenient. Easy to use. Easy to check various location adresses. The special pick up locations is also get convenient.
Alerts
I’m getting alerts the same day as reminder to put out waste or blue bag however it’s to late as the collection was done during the night before.
Is there anyway the alerts can come the day before collection day?
