A Bug Infested New App
I received an update notification on the old EcoCash app. And as soon as I updated it, I was blocked from using the App and directed to download the new EcoCash Super App.
Downloaded new app and now I am blocked from logging into the new App. The new App will not let you type in the OTP. I have now installed the SIM card in my device but unfortunately EcoNet is now not sending/resending the OTP to the device.
I am practically blocked from using EcoCash - old EcoCash App blocked, new EcoCash Supper App is not re-sending the OTP to my device.
Very frustrating that
1. EcoNet Apps are infested with bugs.
2. EcoNet burnt down the bridge “old App” before crossing to new App!

I need help
I changed my phone and logged out of my old phone. But when I try to log into the new phone it’s saying I’m still logged into another device even if I clear the cache on the previous phone. Please help. It was a cool app though on the previous phone. But not I’m logged out and can’t use it on my new phone…
