The ecocash Ap has not been working for 3 months. I use it exclusively to send money to Family in Zim... please please get the Ap up and running soon PLEASE.

Not Working
This app was working, occasionally, until they did an update December 2019. It has not worked since the update.
Why hating apple devices?
So you do a system upgrade, which takes two weeks to get working properly, and don't bring out updated iPhone ecocash app but bring out Android? Do you have any idea how irritating it is to hear from my GF that Android is better simply because her ecocash app is working?? Worked great before how about sorting it to work now?!

Please guys, one is directed to the App Store by Econet stating a need to upgrade........ then guess what???????? Your App WONT UPGRADE..... redirects one back to the Econet site and states you need to upgrade and so the cycle continues. Please could you address this situation!

Beautiful useless app
Useless thinking by the developers, I only used it on iPhone 4, never used it on 5,6 and now 7, it's telling me I can only use it on one device. Should I then down grade for the sake of it🤔??????

If you change phones this app becomes useless as it cant be used on 2 devices even if you delete app on the other device.

Terrible app! I installed it and automatically barred me . Now I can't access my funds . Absolutely terrible
App problems
1. If you buy a new phone and install this app, it refuses to let you use it, accusing you of using more than one device because it's still registered to the old device. Even if you delete the app from the old phone. So you can't change your phone?
2. You can't transact in decimals. If you want to pay something like $10.50, it does not recognize the 50c and the transaction won't go through. It's either $10 or $11. Minimum is $1. Very annoying when you want to pay exact amounts

Poor programming logic
Used to like the app but since i got a new phone it wont let me use it on my new device...Disappointed
So convenient, so easy to use!
