サービスはいいけどアプリは要改善

端末登録してあるものが選べないことの方が多い。プルダウンが出てこない。
毎回手入力させられてたら、おかわりする気も失せる。他で似た価格帯のesimでいいか、となる。
それから、端末登録画面に行こうとすると購入履歴に飛ばされる。

アプリは駄目

機器はとても素晴らしいと思いますが、アプリは駄目ですね。登録してある機器のシリアルナンバーが消えてしまい。残量確認が出来なくなります。アプリを一度削除して再インストールで復活しましたが、すぐにまた同じトラブルが起きます。現在は再インストールしても復旧していない状況です。
