What's New in Ecole up

1.1.14

October 5, 2026

What's new in Ecoleup 1.1.14: Messages are now end-to-end encrypted and readable on all your devices. If someone hasn't set up secure messaging yet, the chat tells you so, and it opens once they launch the updated app. New message screen: it's now easier to message classes, students, parents and staff groups, and students can start conversations too. Parents: link or remove parents and create invite codes from the student detail screen. A student can now have more than one parent. Roles: choose per role whether staff see only their own students or the whole institution. Admins get a new Pending Approvals screen. Events: only the teacher who created an event, or an admin, can edit or delete it. We fixed the error that sometimes appeared when creating an event. Tasks: tapping a task notification opens the task itself, and the newest tasks are listed first. The New Message screen no longer sits under the keyboard, along with other bug fixes and improvements.
