The Hysterersis function now works correctly since the latest update and I now cant fault it.
Mostly good
Works well for programming mode, defining energy usage, and control from off-site. Has some deficits. The iOS version does not allow you to group heaters so you have a single room control. The apps does not have a “vacation mode” that allows dropping temperature for a defined interval. Overall satisfied, but improvements needed to make fully functional for homeowners.

Poor App
Both my wife and I have the app set up on our phones. Mine works ok but my wife can’t log in. I’ve doubled check and everything is the same except I can log in but she can’t. Reset the app and nothing works. Trying to get any support is impossible. Beginning to wish we’d never bothered to get this heating system installed.

Great app and user friendly
Despite the bad reviews, the app is really easy to use and I think it’s great. I have one room which always struggles with wifi so I like that I can see the signal strength within the app. It’s simple to use and very self explanatory.
Very inefficient, not fit for purpose
This heating app is driving me mad. Yes the program comes on and off to the set times but once radiator reaches the set temp it continuously switches the radiator on and off every 15-30 seconds even though the temperature stays the same. The hysterisis setting on the app makes no difference at all and appears to be useless. The suppliers of the radiators are not coming up with any solutions either. This ridiculous continuous switching on and off is making the radiators very inefficient electricity wise and the constant loud clicking off them switching on and off is incredibly irritating at night.
Do not buy any system that runs off of this app, it is not fit for purpose. I have been in contact with the UK supplier and Elkatherm in Germany but they have not done anything either, its a case of take the money and run, disgusting service.

Unknown error has occurred
After weeks of the app failing to load on first attempt, I’m now unable to log in to it at all. Deleted, restarted device, reinstalled. No joy. App support button tries to take me to elkatherm.com but fails to open. Fortunately the radiators can be controlled manually. Not happy.

App doesn’t work
Can’t log in. No one can help me. Have deleted app. Set an the account with a new email. Still can’t log in. So unhelpful.

The makers of the app are not the same people as the makers of the radiators. This hugely complicates things.
The app sometimes works.
However, if you have any degree of home password security, these are useless as the app halts characters beyond number 15, perhaps 20. Either way, it effectively forces you to adopt a sub standard password…or…not add it to the home network. Excellent.

Elkatherm app
Could be even better. Radiators drop off on regular basis and take ages to reconnect. This needs addressing please

Ok(ish)
We’ve used this for over a year now and main problem we have is their connectivity. We’ve got boosters all over the place and we still lose some of the heaters now and again.
A cap on the maximum temperature would be a great addition to the app.
