APP NOT WORKING!

App freezes
I’m unable to use the app because it freezes every time I try to use it. The bar code scanner won’t focus either.
Not happy
They need to have updates every year. I am not able to log and I ask a pharmacist he said the app wasn’t working. This is the only way to order my daughters medication without having to call and type in all she needs. Disappointed
This is a joke horrible app
This app is a joke won’t load I’ve deleted and reloaded still so t even acknowledge I have any pharmacies and I live maybe 2 miles from it.
Problematic
I have used the app for years. I got a new phone and had to re-download it from App Store. It will NOT let me do anything because it cannot find my location. Not by entering my zip code, not by "find my location". PLEASE FIX!!!!
Not any help at all
It will not let me get into the app!!! I always use it but the last probably 6-7 months it will not work. So aggravating when you need a refill or just to ck for anything you’ve forgotten about. The app is a joke!! Not sure I’d even give it any star. Done what they told

Really bad app
The text on the medications screen is laid over the text below it, unreadable! Doesn't matter if you are doing vertical or horizontal screen. The refill option where you type in your rx # - the submit button is covered by the numberpad, which cannot be moved to uncover it. Thoroughly useless app.
Worthless
I put in the zip code for the pharmacy and it’s unable to locate it. Nothing but errors. Will not let me log in.

I love the idea behind this app. I'm having a problem setting up my account. Each time I try it says it cannot connect to E.P. But when I try to redo it, it tells me my email is already being used. I hope this gets fixed because it'd be a timesaver!
