Abysmal.
This app truly stayed in 2010. The option to change delivery address does NOT work whatsoever and the AI agent is next to useless. Insane.
The app is low quality and not tested
Приложението на Econt за iPhone е пълна трагедия. Днес ми бяха изпратени две пратки — на сайта чрез номера за проследяване се виждат без проблем, SMS-и също получих, а в приложението — абсолютно нищо. Празно. И това не е за първи път.
Какъв е смисълът от приложението, ако не показва актуалните пратки? Постоянни проблеми със синхронизацията, пратките се появяват със закъснение или изобщо не се появяват. Изглежда сякаш никой не тества това приложение. За толкова голяма куриерска фирма това е направо срамно.

Nothing works with this app, including registration
Doesn’t show active orders
The app was working well, but now it doesn’t show active orders. I ordered something and from the site it says it came yesterday, but in app nothing shows up. I didn’t even receive any text or email that the package has come.

Unable to proceed after login (already confirmed email and telephone) entering name and telephone it return “Error while executing operation”. Please remove and don’t keep/use my Personal data that have already provided!!!!

Few noticed issues
1. Unable to access top right bell button for reading notifications

No translation
Impossible to use the app in other language than bulgarian. It’s completely useless :(
Not working properly on iPhone 17 pro
Some of the buttons at the top are almost outside the screen and it is impossible to “go back” or to access your profile (for example)
Broken online payment
The application loads a broken page if you try to pay using a UBB card. It loads invalid page and the payment fails. Tried twice and it’s failing all the time. Card is not charged.
I’ve further investigated the problem - the 3rd party payment provider had integration issues. Probably a newer version should be used. As a workaround you ApplePay. I can confirm that payment via ApplePay is working as expected.

Annoying advertisements with push notifications, not worth it if you don’t send / receive a lot of packages
Worst deivery app
All menu except the first page is in Bulagarian and cannot ve changed, i needed to use translate to change delivery date but they did nothing and still tried to deliver next day.
Constantly getting weird ad notifications for their services
Turned off all ads and notifications that have nothing to do with receiving packages and yet I keep getting annoying notifications.
