Kann mich in der App nicht registrieren weil ich keinen Prüfschlüssel habe. Was ist der Prüfschlüssel???
Abysmal
The app is basically unusable, but one is forced to use it to turn off the extremely annoying beeping sounds on the scooter. Why anyone would think it was a good idea to deliver a vehicle that does this is beyond me. Many of the buttons in the app do not react as intended, the connection to the device keeps getting interrupted despite the distance staying exactly the same. Many basic functions are only available when purchasing a SIM card and data plan. Translations into German are abysmal. Requests for support or assistance are not responded to at all. Cannot recommend.

Se desconecta cada dos por tres de la app, la aplicación hay que hacerle un lavado de cara y que funcione como bien porque a día de hoy me parece muy mala aplicación.

Actualizo la reseña: hay un desfase de 24H al grabar los recorridos, que provoca en las cambios de dia que se pierdan algunos. Incluso dias enteros de rutas.

App funktioniert, wenn man sich durch das ausführliche Manual (englisch) gearbeitet hat. Allerdings ist die deutsche Übersetzung nicht verwendbar, da sehr schlecht übersetzt. Daher besser die englische Variante verwenden.

Incompréhensible
J’ai payé six mois en promotion il y a quelques jours, et même auparavant, à part déverrouiller le scooter à distance rien ne marche. J’ai acheté le scooter d’occasion il y a deux semaines.
Apparemment ça marchait bien avec l’ancien propriétaire et les six premiers mois d’abonnement inclus dans l’achat du scooter

Mauvaise application
Mise à jour qui est effectuée mais ensuite réapparaît comme non effectuée sur mon profil, l’heure n’est toujours pas réglée sur le scooter et je n’ai pas accès à la localisation de mon scooter ni aux historiques de trajets. A revoir !!!
Application catastrophique
Application inutilisable.

On paie un scooter plus de 3500 euros, l’application est payante au bout de 6 mois (on ne sait pas le prix de l’abonnement...), impossible de mettre à jour l’heure du scooter ou le logiciel interne sans cette application payante !!!!

GPS and location app failure
Since I’ve been using the app, I have been unable to use the GPS service and the scooter is still locating itself in China.
The scooter works properly but the User experience on this app is really bad.
