기기등록 왜 안될까요?

어플이 몇개월 전부터 lot활성화 안되더니
혹시 하고 기기등록 다시 하면 될까 싶어
초기화 했더니 등록이 안되더라고요
그래서 어플을 삭제 후 재설치 해서 했는데
시리얼넘버 안 읽히고 닉네임칸으로 커서가 돌아 갑니다 어플 수정이 절실합니다
너무 오래동안 수정안하신 듯 합니다

로그인도 안되고 간만에 앱 열었는데 iot가 8월 이후부터 연결이 끊어져서 적립도 안되고 있고, 다시 등록할려고 했더니 연결도 안되고. 뭘 어떻게 하라는 건지

앱 접속 시 매번 로그인을 다시 해야 하니

기기등록 절차가 생각보단 잘 진행이 안되고 특히 오래 걸리네요. 그리고 앱을 사용할 때 마다 로그인을 다시 해야 해서 많이 불편합니다

아이폰으로 제품 연동도 어렵고 어플 켤때마다 다시 로그인 해야되는것도 불편합니다.. 업데이트 되면 좋겠어요
