Adding money to their wallet is encouraged but taking out is a different story. You need to enter your bank details and can’t get it reversed to your card or UPi. Takes three days and then they deduct random charges without giving any out giving any explanation or intimation.
Worst EV Charging Company
Really poor charging infrastructure, never works in the first time!! Even the non-working chargers show online and when you reach there to realise they are not even working and they send you to another charger which might be another 20kms. I requested a refund on 30/06/2026 but even after 14 days they haven’t refunded the amount. Seems like a fraudulent company that wants people to add money in the wallet eventually earning them interest rate. Seems more like a scam!!
