Don’t do any contract with them , they will charge you more of a daily service fee, then what you mine !

Totally blocked out
I like, and enjoy Eco’s. However it hasn’t been problem free. Withdrawals are said to be processed within 24 hours. The last couple times it’s been 2-3 days. Customer service people are great. As of right now the withdrawal issue is my only concern. I will add though I have received all my withdrawals

Transfer Fee of 0.0003btc
I went to transfer 0.00266btc along with a 0.0003btc fee, for a total of 0.00296btc. The funds were removed from my account, but then like 8hrs later the 0.00266 were returned to my account, but not the 0.0003btc transfer fee. I bought more miners since bitcoin was going up, but after reaching out to support about the missing 0.0003btc, and them saying that it’s not missing, I put my remaining miners up for sale, so that I can transfer my bitcoin out and close my account.

Outdated contracts
I have reached out several times to both in app message and support through email regarding my contacts, it’s been weeks and no response. The cloud contracts are out dated and there is no profit to be made. All money made goes to fees for hashrate and electricity, it’s a negative equity investment. The withdrawal does work depending on what wallet source but don’t expect to gain any kind of profit. If the fees were lowered to maintain with the current market then I can see this working, but until then it’s a negative investment, plus the fact that there is no communication from them.

Good so far
Everything seems to be working well so far. I did do a test withdrawal to ensure that I would receive bitcoin to my wallet and although they do say it takes up to 24 hours, I had to email them right around our 30 as I had not received anything. It did get back to me relatively quickly, and I did end up getting the deposit into my wallet.

Just awful my mining has paid out nothing after 4 years what a waste of my money. And I cannot do anything with it, what’s happened is not how it was shown sold to me. I want my money back!!!!!!

Big waste of time & money
You’re charged daily commission which is more than productivity. After the 2 contracts that I bought for 59 months have nearly finished I ended up with -6.92$ in balance. This app only supports ECOS mining, you’re not getting profit from this in any way. Not worth even a star.
