The eCourts app has become difficult to use due to several issues and bugs.
1. Earlier, when tapping a date in the Calendar section, the list of cases for that date would be displayed immediately. Currently, this feature is not working, and no case list appears after selecting a date.
2. I had previously exported both District Court and High Court case data to my device and Google Drive. After reinstalling/importing, only the District Court cases are restored properly, while the High Court case data is missing.
3. The app appears unstable and contains multiple bugs that affect daily usage. Features that worked correctly in earlier versions are no longer functioning as expected.
As an advocate/litigant who relies on the app regularly, I request the development team to fix these issues, restore proper import/export functionality for all court data, and ensure that the Calendar section correctly displays case lists when a date is selected.
Please address these bugs in the next update.

In this new update version lots of loading for showing case list and etc. and in this app many glitches and the most important things in calendar date wise show cases its takes too much loading solve it bcz this is taking too much time
And the another side apps update is usefull graphics design themes and many more features but this feature is useless untill u do not solve glithes loading and errors

The app need to improved to make it simple and easy to use
The old app was very good and easy to use. The app has been updated and made more complicated to use. There was a need to add a feature that would display a daily case board of the lawyer's name.
Review related to updated version
Older version was far better than this new version. It always loading the cases whenever i tap the calender and choose any speciifc day… i need to wait for hours to see my caselist of that particular day. The older version was very easy and quick to use… all my cases have been lost from this new version. I took back up from the older version in my phone… but i was unaware that i need to take back up seperately for high court cases also… i thought knce i take back up of the cases it will include high court cases also in that back up… but when i restore cases from the back up i onlh got my district court cases… therefore its absurd app now for me to use…coz neither i have so much time to wait for the loading time nor i have any interest anymorw in this app due to the lost data…

Backup recovery and operating problem
I have updated this app and i have lost my all saved cases i had already a backup in my google drive but this new updated app did not recover my cases when ever i tried and there was response that file not found . Secondly this app doesn’t work properly daily cases from clander does show even when ever i tried to open it usually updating or buffering and after then it doesn’t open . I requested to fix it soon . Or if you are unable to do so then leave your job immediately.

Worst App ever
All the cases have been lost even after backing up the data.
Now, even when i am trying to import the case it shows “file not found”. This is a huge mistake on part of the developers. Now how am i able to retrieve the lost data ? Data of Over 700 cases have been lost and no clarification on the developers side.
This is not at all justifiable. In the present age where all the other Apps are rolling out changes after months of R&D this ecourts have just played foul and rolled out this version without even testing it properly. Highly disappointed. Your contract should be terminated immediately!

Worst update
The latest update has turned out to be the worst experience. I lost all my important case data, and the application is unable to fetch the backup or restore the information properly. On top of that, the app keeps lagging most of the time, making it extremely difficult to work efficiently. This issue has caused serious trouble and inconvenience, especially because the lost data was very important to me. Kindly fix these issues urgently and improve the app’s stability and data recovery system.

Data deleted
Every time the eCourts Services app gets updated, all the saved data disappears and we have to reload all the case numbers again. The biggest issue is that the app updates automatically without any prior information, and there is no auto-backup facility. This service is functioning very poorly, and because of this we are facing a lot of inconvenience and suffering whenever the data suddenly gets deleted.

The worst user interface ever I have seen
Worst user interface. Earlier was far better. Under my cases, by default it shows calendar. It doesn’t directly show my cases. Even after going to my cases it shows today’s cases at the bottom. To view today’s cases need to scroll down to bottom. Also there is no differentiation between disposed and pending cases. I never saw any such worst interface earlier on any kind of app. Moreover these developers don’t even have common sense, uploaded the screenshots taken while on call. Pathetic!

IOS needs Landscape Mode
While the entire interface is in need of a severe revamp, the main issue is that there is only portrait mode in IOS (Apple devices). The developer needs to get a landscape mode for IOS as soon as possible. Other than that, the app is a little laggy. Otherwise, the ability to access most courts is rather convenient.

Not able to select case type dropdown

Seems like there is a problem with the case type drop-down on the case status page. The values are not binding up into the dropdown. With this, we can't forward with the search and become the show-stopper. It would be great if you fix it as early as possible.

Unable to use app to get info. Shows “unable to check” error
Hello Support team, Recently I’m seeing “unable to check servermaybebusy” error message to the cases added to “my cases” page. This happens to district court cases only but not to high court cases. Please check it once. Also, I see there is new version notification in app but it doesn’t get updates from App Store

Import and Export cases options not available
This is a very good app which provides very useful information about the case status.
But one important option is not available for this version and that is import and export of cases and backup of data to google drive or email. When we change our mobile devices this needs to recollect our data about the cases added in the app.

Backup for added cases and login feature for advocates
Very helpful app in the era of digitalisation but need some minor improvements. A login feature should be added to advocates with cloud backup for added cases. So if, someone lost his/her device than he/she may not lose his added cases. I will rate the app at 5 stars if these features are added. Thanks

Need minor UI/ UX changes and Very Useful
This app has helped bring transparency. Any one can check the status and orders online on the go. Need some minor improvements though. Allow a lawyer to add cases to ‘My Cases’ tab in bulk by searching with his name or enrolment number. Bulk add based on above search criteria will also help in case if someone changes his handset to add cases on new phone. Mobile number based login. An option to edit/ delete cases from ‘My Cases’ tab which one doesn’t want to track further. Daily pop-up Notifications/ reminders for cases listed.

Needs urgent improvement
Hi when we use for both the options ie for trial courts and HIgh courts simultaneously. It only updates the cases status for trial courts but not in H Court cases. It is complete computer for trial courts and the lawyers need not even maintain separate diary but for High courts it is not useful as after showing the first data which users add it do not updates automatically as in trial court cases. This is about iPhone users

Was work8ng like a dream till yesterday and today morning it says the case isn’t opening

Need minor upgrade
A login feature must be included so that we can login in various devices and have all the cases saved. Also a notification feature would be appreciated, when there is any case date on that perticular day or a ios widget of upcoming dates . Anyways so much helpful app but those updates would make the App very useful for lawyers !

App really helpful
Keeping a tab on all the cases daily is a task as I have 50-60 cases everyday and this app really helps me check the dates and stages. One thing I hate about this app is I need to refresh the cases every alternate day. A question to the app developer is there a way to back up all my cases in the event I lose my phone or if I simply change my phone
