Not responding most of the time.

Failed to generate qr most of the times. Failed to even access my own access card most of the time when reaching the guard house. Tried to generate qr at home on a stable TIME wifi provided by eco home, the app still not responding. Feedback needs a video upload atleast. Bad app overall

Registered Password Not Recognised

After the EARC resolved the account creation issue where it doesn’t recognise the email. I now have an issue with the registered password for the account created. On my first attempt to login, the app says my password is incorrect. C’mon guys - what kind of app is this? This now also makes me worry about how secure your app is with all the personal data on it.
