ECRounds helps hospitals on tours to identify environmental deficiencies, hazards, and unsafe practices. By helping to evaluate selected work practices and conditions, managers can identify gaps and opportunities to enhance staff behavior, and staff can consider and prepare for emergency situations.
Captured data can be reviewed to identify program opportunities and create action plans. Managers can plan and address found deficiencies, and allow staff to participate in identified solutions.
