App isn’t working
The app has potential but it’s not working for me. The screen where you go to record details about the flare up, doesn’t show the “add” info buttons like I see in the screenshot above. Weather/pollen details for the day are not saving. I can’t add photos because the option doesn’t show up... it’s a disaster... I’d rather just do my own tracking in excel :(

My allergy is under control!
Either you have problem with eczema or allergies, this app can help a lot! I am able to track my condition and even find triggers for some allergy issues i had before. Design is clean and everyone will find how easy and helpful is using this great app.
Not worth the effort for me
1. Every time I open the app I get multiple “oops” messages. Annoying. As others have said, the pollen, weather etc do not register automatically (although I don’t think that’s a major factor for me).
2. I don’t like that I could not log out, delete my account, or even see my account through the app. Seems like the acct creation is just a way to get my email address.
3. I looked at the news and updates. The first item was about kardashian beauty products. Not impressed!! Another article about baking soda baths for eczema looked as though it was written by someone who is illiterate or speaks English as a second language. Not impressed.
3. The overall function of the app didn’t impress me either. The app’s benefits didn’t justify the amount of work put into entering everything. I’d like something that’s more like a diary format where I can enter a daily status with pic and list of what I ate/did and be able to see all of that for multiple days on one screen. The graphs etc are helpful but not the most useful. I already know when I’m up and down with the eczema. I want to be able to see the ups and downs in relation to whatever might be making things better or worse.

Keeps crashing
After I take my photo to document a flare, it doesn’t save and sends me back to Record empty state.
