Started off awesome
I used this app for the free trial and it was awesome how much it streamlined my note writing, but after I paid the first month subscription fee I noticed a huge difference in quality. The HPI output would sometimes not even make sense almost like it couldn’t understand the language even though speech was very clear. Unfortunately will be canceling.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The free trial and paid versions use the same AI engine, the only difference is unlimited access after subscribing. It sounds like your timing may have overlapped with a major AI update that briefly affected results for some users. That’s since been resolved. While we’re not perfect, we are always continuing to refine and enhance the app, and the latest version is more consistent, and more accurate than ever. We truly appreciate your support and hope you’ll give it another try.
