I’m facing issues with the app it would not allow me to connect saying it’s a network issue

Worst Service in the history of servicing

You do nothing from the application , application is just a slick to tell the people you do have an app , but in reality they don’t know how to deal with any thing , compliants being sent to the customer services who try to do their best but the managing is terrible , the access cards problems , and you should do everything through the app but guess what ?! The app does nothing .
Don’t buy any property that is managed by edara at all.
They are just a bunch of thieves
