Possibly the worst banking app ever!
It’s such a disappointment using this app. Half of the time I log in and wait to find I am left on a blank screen and my balance does not load. It is not fast or convenient and when I eventually get to a stage where I complete a transaction I am kicked out of the app immediately. This causes some confusion as I don’t know with 100% confidence if the transaction went through or not.
There’s A LOT of work that needs to be done on the user experience of this app.

Dissatisfied
This week, twice, I am unable to access my account and felt very vulnerable! There is no satisfactory answer from Help team via WhatsApp and phone call! Feeling my own money inaccessible is scary! So far ( since last month) App was functioning well but this week looks like something is going on which is unexplained! Waiting this to be resolved and worried until this is sorted!
