Every School needs to keep track of its assets. That way, its librarian will know which assets are available to assign. Asset management system refers to the process of maintaining data of school assets which can be assigned to specific student, staff or location. It helps schools to keep track on assigned asset, assigned asset to whom or which location, its cost of repairs if any, etc. By keeping track on a school’s assets throughout this system, schools/ librarian can improve their technique of acquiring and utilizing assets.
