Why doesn’t anyone know?

This game is pretty fun from my experience, so why isn’t anyone playing it? The later levels can get pretty grindy but if you join up with other players it’s easier.
I enjoy the customization of your character and their abilities, I just wish the unlocks weren’t so hard to earn… I’ve played for about a year and still haven’t unlocked 1 different character or drone and there’s like 30 between the 2.
I have unlocked different weapons though, so that’s cool. And a lot of different chip abilities.
