What's New in Eddy River Guide

1.1.0

August 20, 2026

Dams and tailwaters Two dozen dams now have a screen of their own: whether the units are turning, how much water is coming out, and the hours one actually ran today set against the hours the schedule called for. New this round — Wolf Creek, Dale Hollow, Center Hill, and Bagnell Dam. A real hydrograph Gauge screens draw the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, with the condition bands behind the line and the National Weather Service forecast ahead of it. Drag to read any point. An outage draws as a gap, never as a line straight across it. Where to sleep Camping and cabins now sit together under Places to stay. A campground answers for one night and says which, so a place with room tonight no longer reads "Fully booked" because the whole weekend folded to zero. A resort and its access point draw as one pin instead of two. Also: quiet hours govern river alerts, not just gauge alerts. Tapping a river keeps the map where your finger landed. And the hydrograph reads properly with VoiceOver.

Best Bang for Buck

This app is a no brainer for the price. We are always prepared for our next float when Eddy is around!

MoRivers

This app is a great way to plan out a self shuttled Kayak/Canoe float.
And with the flash flooding we’ve been experiencing in Missouri it is a very handy tool for the floating enthusiasts.
Give it a try, way better than carrying the Mo Paddlers Guide with you.

Floaters paradise!

This is the only app I’ve found that puts floaters first!

Float From STL

Plan all my weekend and day float trips. Put ins, pull outs, time on river, river/weather conditions and where to camp. Eddy is the essential guide.
