Is anybody there?

I’ve been sending emails for updates and not just bug fixes. I need land expansions and more visitors to the island but I never get a response. What’s going on? Are you actually going to continue to evolve this game or not?

I’m hooked!! but it needs updates ASAP

I’ve been playing this game for like a year now, and I really enjoy it. I specially love the graphics and how detailed and well thought everything is! Whenever you upgrade the buildings they add small features to the building graphics as well which is so pretty. It only takes me a few minutes per day to progress but I could spend hours decorating and changing placement of stuff to increase happiness among guests. I almost never write reviews but I love this game and I don’t want to see it go.
I used to play paradise bay by king until they closed it, and Eden Isle is basically the only game I play almost everyday since that. Unfortunately it seems it’s doomed to the same destiny 😪 there haven’t been any updates in a while and now I’m at level 57 and there is nowhere to expand my resort to. I want to buy more decor but I don’t have any space left to put it on! There aren’t any more land expansions available. Please update!!!! Don’t let this game die 🙏

Grrrr Frustrated

I keep getting bumped back to day one every time I reach about 40-45? I play every day! Is there a time you switch over? Is it calculated within 24 hours? I may play in the morning or in the afternoon but always within the day. Help an ole woman out! 🙄

BTW, I love the game and have played for at least a year?

Needs improvement

This is a great game for the ideas. But it’s too boring. You need to develop better abilities to construct more and better buildings or at least make them faster. Not very fun.

Crashes!!!

I use to play this game awhile back and recently downloaded it again. And I can’t play for more than maybe 5 mins before it closes down and when I go back into it everything I did before it crashed didn’t save so I have to redo it All all over again and guess what it will close out again and so it keeps starting the whole cycle over again!!! I can’t get anywhere in the game cause when it crashes I have to start over again! Please fix cause I use to really enjoy this game.

I like it a lot, but now I don’t.

I’m on level 26. I started out with 2 builders. I purchased one, so that I would have three, however, I didn’t realize I paid 40/50 gems to have him for a week. Fine. Now at level 26, I am missing a builder. I only have 1 now, not the two I originally started out with. I REFUSE to pay 50 gems, to have two builders, and then only have him for a week. You will not get anymore money from me. And now the funny part is, I have no idea if I’m gonna lose my last builder. Then I will officially have no builders, and the game will truly be over.

Hi mehundrew5, I'm very sorry to hear about your frustration and the confusion about how long the builders are hired for, especially since you used to like the game a lot. Everyone starts the game with one builder, not with two builders, so you are not missing out on any builders. Don't worry, there is no way the last builder will be gone leaving you with no builders! As it shows in the staff section of the shop, the first builder is a permanent staff member and the others are for "Weekly Hire". There are lots of ways to earn free gems - the daily login bonus, watching ads, collecting seashells, finding treasure chests. I hope you still enjoy playing the game even though you don't want to hire any additional builders.

Enjoyable Game

I really enjoy this game. I’ve been playing it for a few months now and like to see the funny quips as the game opens, I enjoy when new items are available at the next level & I like expanding....which is now where the problem is. Updates. The last “festive” update changed the opening page only. There were no new items, not even special items to buy. It was VERY disappointing. I’m now at level 51. There isn’t much left that’s new for me at my level. Unless there’s a very big update I’ll be deleting this game soon. If there’s no further to go then why keep playing or spending money on it?

Aggravated

So many pop ups very fast that I have no time to look things over and figure things out for myself. Hate that. Trying for to move things and can’t for all the quests in my face. There is a percentage increase for proper placement. Lots of luck to try and do that. I feel the colors could be brighter. Where to find the path tool should be near the shop so we could find it. Anything else I can’t tell you... I got mad and left. Make improvements and I might try again

Can maybe be confusing but highly addicting and fun!

I’m leaving a higher review because the good developers responded quickly to my frustration and have not only answered my questions but have added more direction to their help page! That is awesome. The game is really fun and enjoyable. It’s extremely interactive with lots of things to do all the time to keep the resort running. They offer free items and deals as well so you don’t automatically need to pay in for anything unless you want to. I highly recommend!
