Concerns with accuracy
I got this app as part of a bundle with the “Prove It” app. I scanned a few skincare products but noticed with one sunscreen product it gave an extremely low rating, primarily because it reported the product had a complete lack of any UV filters and listed several examples, including zinc oxide. However the active ingredient on the product is “non-nano zinc oxide 10%”. So wondering how the app made the determination on this. Is the manufacturer lying and app has some contrary information? Or are results AI generated and missing something? Either way, there does not seem to be a way to report potentially in accurate results back to app owner, so I think you still need to do secondary research rather than just relying on this to be 100% accurate.

I’ve paid the membership but can’t access my account
I’ve paid via Prove it, I followed the steps but the app is not recognizing my membership. I’ve tried contacting customer support but haven’t received any responses whatsoever. I need my money back.
