Horrible app
Unfortunately my company uses this for parking and it is one of the worst apps I have ever been forced to use. It becomes completely non functional every few months and needs to be totally uninstalled and reinstalled to work again. Super inconvenient when you are trying to access a parking garage and can’t log in.

The worst
The only thing worse than the app is calling their customer service. They make you spend half an hour on the phone with somebody who asks you how to spell your name 1 million times and asks you where you work again and again and then tells you they're searching for your file… And then they tell you that they need to transfer you to somebody else.

Totally garbage app
I don’t understand why it forcing me me to update to the latest version. Can’t you follow the backwards compatible engineering principal? Also the comes with poor performance and poor user experience. If not my company force me to use, I would delete it 10 years ago!
Garbage - 30 min intervals is DUMB!
As many have pointed out, app is laden with issues. UI/UX, login issues, blank screens, etc. When I book parking, after saving the pass to my wallet, it will display as expired with the QR code greyed out (even though it’s not), which the machine can’t read. So I end up having to take a screenshot, because accessing the code on the app in a dead zone garage is impossible! But the most annoying thing, is only being able to book at 30 min intervals!! So if you miss the hour or half hour mark by a minute to book a spot, your stuck for 30 mins before you can access. THAT IS RIDICULOUS! Especially if you park in a garage in the middle of a large city.

Logging In
I’ve tried multiple times trying to log into this app & still can’t. Tried the “Forgot Password” link, put in my email; never get an email. Also, I hit the back button and get a blank screen. I know the email address is right because I also tried “Forgot Username” and used the same email address, and received a email with a user name as a bunch of numbers (which is not my user name). Once again, I hit the back button, nothing happens.

Tried the text message feature and now it worked l, I just praying no issues. EDENRED update software and deal with all the gremlins. I know you guys know this already but I just needed to be said, in case no one has said this to you thank you…..

Consistently breaks and doesn't let me login compared to every other app I've used. The reliability needs to be significantly better.

Hasn’t displayed balance in months and now it won’t even get past a static hanging white screen on launch

Anyone else get a blank screen when opening up the app? Wtf? They don’t issue tap enabled cards, it’s an old school dumb debit, can’t even add up Apple wallet

Update this app every time I open it it’s blank. I can’t even log in. It’s like roulette with me trying to figure out how much money is on my card to use for the train
