Can’t set up speaker
When attempting to set up the speaker, the app crashes constantly and can’t set it up.
This app will not open! I can’t connect my speaker!
My smart speaker is now COMPLETELY useless thanks to the consistent crashing of this broken app!! Until the app gets fixed, I can’t use anything in my smart home! Thanks a lot...
App disconnects
Terrible App. It disconnects from amazon account and the speakers then doesn’t let you to reconnect. Is there any other app to use?

My Alexa Voice is Screechy
So one normal day I asked Alexa something and her voice SCREECHED. Any help? It still doesn’t work and it’s been sitting around for around a year.

I can’t get the app to stay open and not crash. It’s closed 27 times on me in the last half hour this app is garbage. The speaker is garbage. I’m about to take the thing back and demand a refund.
Forgotten product
Like most sharper image failures the EDGE is no different. In order to take advantage of ever expanding Amazon Alexa features, device firmware revisions are required. Revisions that Sharper Image is financially and operationally unable to support. This is why the sharper image products are always in the clearance bin at TJMaxx and junk stores. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 5$ on the Amazon brand stuff.

Terrible
Don’t waste your time with this app or this product (sharper image WiFi tower speaker with amazon Alexa). I work in tech and even after hours of trial and error I was never able to get the speaker to connect to WiFi successfully. Packing it up to return right after I submit this review.

Bought this sharper image speaker and I tried to play my Apple Music and there is error message. Needs to be fixed!!

I’ve uninstalled reinstalled this app three times now. How my supposed to use it with Alexa if I can’t connect it using their proprietary app. Like I need another app to control my music /home. I should’ve stuck to Amazon products only; bought the echo and connected it to my own speaker system which I did to other units. Looks like this is going to get returned

Disappointed
App really needs to be redone ! Can’t play any Apple Music and pandora on works on a good day ! I have GREAT connection, but my music doesn’t play consistently like it should. I would really love to play music on my phone ! Please do better.
New purchase
Looking forward to a great sound given the retail price of this speaker is $150.00 bucks! Got it at a great deal. Right now still too early to tell.
It's pure trash
None of my Apple Music transfers over to the app and since it's completely reliant on the app the speakers are pretty much useless... I want to play my music, not pandora... app needs an update because rn it's the boofest thing on the market
