Need fixed

The app won’t send my messages

Response from developer

Thanks for letting us know. Messages failing to send is not expected behavior, and we're investigating issues that may affect conversation delivery. If this is still happening, please contact us through Support in Edge and include your device and network details so we can look into what happened. We appreciate you flagging this and hope to get your conversations working normally again.

Too expensive

You don’t get much of a trial before you have to join at lasted on this app five minutes. The app was matching me up with profiles way too young for me. You can’t see what anybody looks like until you join and request profile access . They either need to lower the monthly fee or give a longer trial to see if it’s worth the investment.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. Edge was built around the belief that more isn't always better. We're not trying to create an endless stream of profiles, swipes, and matches. We want to give more space to mutual interest and to connections that both people genuinely choose to continue. That said, we understand why the experience felt too limited, especially when the profiles you were shown didn't feel relevant to what you were looking for. Restraint is part of Edge, but it should never make the experience feel frustrating or closed off before you've had a fair chance to understand what Edge can offer. We're taking your feedback seriously and continuing to review both the introductory experience and match relevance. Thank you for giving Edge a chance and for being candid with us. Feedback like this helps us find a better balance between the experience we believe in and the experience our users actually feel.

Excellent

So far, I’ve had a really good experience with this app. The design feels unique and different from other dating apps I’ve used, which I really enjoy. I also like being able to switch between the two modes, it makes the experience more interesting. I’m looking forward to seeing what other features you add in the future. Good job, you’ve got me interested!

Response from developer

Thank you. We're really glad you noticed what makes Edge different. The two modes are a big part of what we wanted Edge to be: a space where people can choose how they show up, rather than being reduced to a single profile or first impression. We're still at the beginning, and there's much more we want to explore. Thanks for being here early and for sharing your experience.

The connection

I have match with 5 girls and none of my chats are sending and if I switch to data won’t show half of them it’s pissing me off

Response from developer

Hi, sorry about this. Matches disappearing or messages failing to send when switching networks is not expected behavior. We're looking into connection and conversation-sync issues like this. If you're willing, please contact us through Support in Edge and include your device and network details so we can investigate what happened to your account. Thanks for reporting it.

Your messages are capped

This app won’t let you continue conversations. I landed a girl I really liked and the. I couldn’t continue. Don’t download this

Response from developer

We understand how disappointing that can feel, especially after meeting someone you genuinely wanted to keep talking to. Edge is designed to give both people a say in whether a connection continues. After a match, both sides need to choose to keep it. If either person doesn't, the connection expires after 24 hours — a boundary we designed to respect people's choices and keep interactions comfortable and intentional. Still, we're glad you found someone you really liked. We hope you keep showing more of who you are and discover more people worth connecting with on Edge.
