New update, new problems
Overall look is nice, however app freezes when booking, often taking too long to book resulting in class being full. Waitlist feature should be offered. New update is slow, and buggy.
App crashes
The app is no longer working for older iOS phones (12.5). It crashes while trying to open
difficult to load and stuck at loading page forever
recently the app is super difficult to use，stuck at loading page forever. every time I open the app I have to re log in. some times I cant even open the app so I have to delete the app and re download it.
Doesn’t opened on occasion
I like the app since it’s quick and easy but sometimes it doesn’t even load for me and I have to delete it then reinstall it
I love the gym
I love the gym, but i don’t like the app, switching days to book classes is awkward and slow. It is slow to advance the date. Every time you book a class in the future, the date is reset to today, forcing you to slowly advance the date again.
