Can’t book an appointment
Can’t book an appointment on the app. It worked a few years ago, but not anymore.

I can’t even set up an appointment since none of the buttons work

I just tested booking an appointment and it works through the app - the other review clearly didn’t try to follow through booking and appointment.
You set up a profile for each family member, click which profile you want an appointment for, agree to the terms, then select which doctor you want to see and when.
Only downside (which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) is I now need to call them to cancel it, I’m unable to cancel the appointment through the app.

What is the point?
The app just provides a phone number to book an appointment! Hardly an online booking app.
