Very disappointed
I hate this app. Crashed in the middle of using it often. Couldn't even save recovered versions. Kept crashing mid-save. None of the graphics and templates that appear to be promised are available. Can't even put hyperlinks in my basic document. Took multiple attempts just to leave this review. Kept saying: nickname taken. What the?? Money back, please.

No longer works on IOS10
Since i updated to IOS10 Go Word keeps crashing and no longer saves. Its really annoying as its my main word processor.
If it was possible to give no stars, I would.
I was looking for a decent word processing app and this at a cost of £4.99 is not it.
The typing interface is dreadful. The curser moves around the page, and ends up anywhere but the line it is meant to be on.
Whatever you do, do not waste your money on this.

Stuck on Font Size 16. No app support.
First document I created used font 16 for first line. After that line I used 11. Test print via e-mail looked OK. After finishing doc I printed and entire doc is 16 even though only the first line looks that large on screen. Reset printer - no help. Tried App Support in App Store and was sent to some random web site!
Update (9-25-15): Since upgrading to iOS 9 unable to add to existing docs. I type but nothing appears on screen!

30 seconds of my life I'll never get back
I thought I'd give this app a shot since in the description it says it can do multiple columns as well as having cloud support.
It has neither.
It is a VERY basic word processor and has a LONG way to go before it can even compare to other editing apps.
Unless you're looking for something very basic, I highly recommend getting another app.

This is just what I needed and easy to use!
Amazing app
This app is amazing me after I used it some hours. Its function is very powerful that it almost satisfied my all required. It supports many formats like words,image etc. I think this app is exceed almost all similar app on the iOS. Very good.

iPad install this application very easy to use.even when going out can also be used to edit,view,and make Office documents.
Simple App
This app is very simple and perfect for times when you need to type something quick. It's User Interface looks nice but is out of date with the new iOS7/8 style. The app has most major formatting tools, as well as word count and find and replace features. The app does not support the new word format. If there is to be a major update, the app will be perfect.

How do I get a refund? App does not have image support as advertised. App support pages are broken links. Buyer beware.
Doesn't work
Promised features such as ability to insert pictures from camera roll don't work. The app does not appear to have a help section and the links to app support and the developers website lead to an unused domain. For a paid app that is frankly not good enough. Don't buy this app.

Do not waste your money! The pictures and description lead you to believe you can make these beautiful documents right on your iPad. This is NOT true! I was under the impression you could create the documents on here, not that you had to import them from a PC. I only have a tablet. And it is not compatible with my wireless printer, so I can't even print what little I could type. I want a refund!

Just purchased, no app icon! But the app in the store offers "open," and nothing happens on my pad mini! Will have to wait for purchase order to contest purchase! Good Luck!
