It promises a lot but delivers NOTHING more a pathetic text only version!

Very disappointed

I hate this app. Crashed in the middle of using it often. Couldn't even save recovered versions. Kept crashing mid-save. None of the graphics and templates that appear to be promised are available. Can't even put hyperlinks in my basic document. Took multiple attempts just to leave this review. Kept saying: nickname taken. What the?? Money back, please.
