90% station are Not operational
I chose this app mainly because it offers one of the lowest charging rates in the market (₹14/kWh), which is definitely attractive. However, the pricing advantage becomes meaningless when the service itself is unreliable.
Around 90% of the listed charging stations are either non-operational or not functioning properly. This makes it extremely difficult to depend on the network, especially while planning long trips.

Best Low cost EV
I used for 5 times in 15 days so far, I had good experience except for ones there was no power so not a big deal because I have enough range and if two vehicles charge then it come down to 30kv but it is far reliable than Tata and Jio BP there are few issues in the app but the basic thing are done right. For now I am happy with service

Charging status not reflected in iOS
Few basic features are missing in this app like it doesn’t show charging status rather it keeps on reflecting “please wait, charging will start soon” though charging is happening. Also it doesn’t provide any flexibility to choose amount of 100multiple.
3rd missing features is to select top up in terms of percentage, it only provides option to charge for 30 min and then to 60min so quite few options for charging

Can’t even sign up
It doesn’t work, the chargers and the app are not active yet.
No proper App
I have had bad experiences since BPCL has two apps for charging Ev car one is Ionage and other is eDrive I could not Ionage app though I had loaded 1200rupees and again I had to load 500 rupees in eDrive app
This is very upsetting situation since I am senior citizen and could not understand the concept. Why don’t you’ll provide easy to operate App as in the case of Tata Ev charging App

Credit not updated after the payment is made
Amount taken from bank. But the credit is not updated. Stuck at midnight. It’s dangerous app. Don’t trust them. My 2000 rupees is gone.

I wonder how such big companies can’t even run a basic app. Absolutely shameful, firstly the ongoing charging is stuck and even after 4 hours it’s showing me that it’s charging. BPCL get a new team to maintain your app.

After installing good infra and numerous chargers still useless for EV owners, money stuck in wallet

App should mention clearly that charging will be auto stopped after the time limit you selected. Why is there such a time limit? Its confusing and user might accidentally choose a time and end up with partial charging

Chargers are installed at many places, which is very good but many chargers are offline. Management has to look in to this and needs to be resolved ASAP.

BPCL wants petrol pump to pay bills whereas petrol pump owners says vehicle charging payments goes to BPCL directly how can we pay the electricity bills.
Requesting BPCL to resolve the dispute asap and make the service available.
