Much better!

The new version works a lot better. Videos don’t get stuck uploading anymore. And you can now upload existing videos.

Can't upload off of phone??

It's ridiculous that you can only upload a video filmed through the app- if you filmed a video on your phone don't expect to get it on to Edthena

Uploading videos from iOS

I have spent a frustrating hour trying to upload a video from my iPhone. The only option given is to create a new video and film through the app.

Not quite there yet.

Does not allow you to upload video, unless filmed in the app itself.

Awful

I wish I could give this app zero stars. It is complete junk especially when great free apps exist that do the same thing. I was forced to buy this app for a 15 week course for $166. Crazy! Then it was riddled with problems and even completely lost a video. Edthena's suggestion? Retake the video on my iPhone's camera and go through the cumbersome process of uploading it to their video tool and eventually to their website. Sure. No problem. At that point there was only one day of school left to get the video. No option of any sort of refund. They basically told me that my purchase was not of the app but the website usage even though they advertise a "dependable" iOS experience. Total crap.

This review has been disputed with Apple for removal. The information presented here is an inaccurate portrayal of events. Direct follow-up from this situation occurred directly with university officials, a resolution was agreed upon, and this user was requested by the university to delete the review.
