Открывается только первый день

Скачали приложение, оплатили платную версию, но открылся только первый день, хотя ждали три дня. Написали письмо на почту, указанную разработчиком- никто не ответил, номер what’s up тоже не активен. Помогите, пожалуйста, дети очень расстроились и ждут когда все заработает! Спасибо!
