The worst app so far
They changed it from “here comes the bus” to this stupid app. Worthless, never works, no support…you name it!

Awful. Doesn’t show bus, no support.
The app doesn’t track the bus. It doesn’t show the assigned bus. It doesn’t give the notification when the bus enters the notification area.
We are in the USA, but the map always loads in Europe first.
There is no Support/Contact within the app, when the app isn’t working.
Our school district added this at the end of last year, & it’s awful. Our district previously used the Here Comes the Bus app, which had its flaws, but was stellar compared to Edulog.

First time
Today is the first day my child’s school is using the app. So far so good even, though the bus isn’t showing. It would be great if there was a student version of the app. It would help teach the kids responsibility while under the watchful eyes of their parents. Like hovering without actually hovering. But it’s still better than the last app the school was using!

Unable to complete bus application
After registering my students in the app I’m unable to complete the process. Silly as this is the only way to apply for the bus
Does not work for iOS 18 and below
Please fix this as many parents cannot access this app to register their children for bus routes
One Star because no stars is not an option.
My child’s school district is forcing parents to add this app. Okay, fine. I have a long career in tech and have deployed several mobile apps. I would not have let this go into production. The password requirements are excessive and then, after an inadequate multi factor authentication process, I was completely unable to add my child to the application. On top of this, there is no way to access support from within the app. There is no way on earth that this application is ready for production.

Constant glitching, frequently needing to log back or being told I don’t have a student with info. Frustrating to say the least

Sometimes it works well, and others it’s complete garbage. Time stamps of locations of the bus can bounce around back in time. Overall, given its lack of consistency, it’s okay. Nothing special
This App Works Very Poorly.
After using this app for the past year or so, especially as a student, I’ve noticed that it is very flawed. For one, the tracking is abysmal I’ve missed countless buses not knowing that it was closer to me than expected. Secondly, I have to launch the app around THREE times in order to actually load the bus list. This is also a hassle since I am constantly in a rush trying to leave wherever I am to get to my destination, and I don’t have time to check my phone for the bus that is already most likely gone with the horrible tracking of this app.

The students appear and disappear. The bus location never worked and shows it as if it were somewhere else. It would be great if it worked.

Very unreliable, does not track the bus properly and is constantly showing incorrect information.

This app is horrible the timing is never correct. When bus number changes does not let you know on time. This app makes a parent worried because of the timing and bus comes 45 min after the app says they have been picked up or dropped off DPS Needs to do better
