Good concept, not always reliable. The bus often jumps all over the perimeter every couple seconds or so you can’t always pinpoint it’s exact location, looks like it’s glitching. The app is actually working only half the time. If they can work on the accuracy and reliability and make sure all buses are tracked properly it’d be a 5 ⭐️ app

Glitchy
I appreciate the ability to get notifications of when the bus may be late or that it is in route. But so many times, the app glitches. The app isn’t accurate with current time stamp of the bus location. Often it bugs out. One moment the bus is .03 miles away and in a second. It is 1.7 miles away. I would love for all the bugs and glitches to be fixed and get better accuracy of bus location and travel times.

The app is always glitching. It never tracks the correct bus so you have to go out and wait till comes. The app needs major improvement.
Great help in the mornings
This app has been great for making sure my kids don’t miss their busses in the mornings. When you have three kids on three different busses, it’s a lifesaver.
Its a good app but it’s constantly delayed.
Its a good app but it’s constantly delayed. When i log in to check the location of the bus I often have to refresh and/or close the app in order to see updated information. I also always receive a notification saying my childs bus has been reassigned but they ride the same bus. It is pretty cool that it tracks though and it’s definitely better than nothing.

Unreliable, but helpful when it works
This app could be very helpful, but it’s not reliable. The app worked as expected for the first few weeks of school, but now tells me there are no bus schedules available for my child, therefore the map feature showing where the bus is located is not available. This is strange, since the app still sends me notifications about bus arrival and departure, but those are unhelpful as the bus passes our neighborhood several times during the day before and after the actual pick up and drop off, and alerts me each time. So now I have an app that sends multiple alerts for information that doesn’t help me, and the map feature, which was helpful, is gone.

This app never works! It’s more frustrating than helpful because you NEVER can track the bus to see how close it is no matter what settings & distance you have it set for. The time listed for the scheduled drop off or pickup time is never correct either. Apple air tags seem to be a better solution than this app.

Easier to prepare for morning pickups knowing where the bus is.

This app keeps lagging and showing me where the bus was at 4:30pm instead of now at 9:30 AM. I’m disappointed yall still haven’t fixed it
Unreliable
Bus moves around when opening the screen. Doesn’t appear to update quickly.
Only thing the app is good for is taking up precious space on your phone.
