Login issue
Very poor login experience. The app keeps logging me out, and every time I need to log in with an OTP and reset my password. It’s extremely annoying and time-consuming. A modern app should have a secure ‘Remember Me’ or persistent login feature instead of forcing users through this process repeatedly. Please address this issue as it significantly impacts usability.

Auto log out and Password Repeated frequently
Every day app is auto logged out and requires to setup password new password on every new login. After password setup the old password newer works. Even after multiple feed back the tech team doesn't bother to work on the bug fixing. Not at all recommend for any institutions to subscribe for this app service.

Not user friendly GUI
GUI is not user friendly, navigation between tabs/menus is not easy. Tracking of periods and other student detials missing
Could improve with AI
Been a user for 5+ years, app needs an over haul with the UIX of Profiles and Payment integration. As a tool it can us AI to help with the classroom feeds.
