This app is very useful in terms of notifications of the pending assignment as my sister is using this app it helps us to track the homework timely and makes it easy to complete her homework on time and also for the gurdians to track the performance of their children or siblings.

Quick Teacher Communication

I can message teachers directly through the app now. Easy communication and I get replies quickly too. This feature alone makes the app very useful.

Smooth on iPhone

Better School Communication

School communication has improved a lot after using this app. Teachers post updates regularly and parents can see everything. Very good experience.

When I select the credit card payment option and enter the card details, the option suddenly disappears. This keeps happening, and I’m unable to complete the payment using a credit card.

Quizzes are not visible

I’ve been an Edunext user over a year now. There had been no issues regarding the app until now, the quizzes are not visible in the quiz section. It’s been over 5 months now, that the issue has not been resolved yet.

This has been a very concerning problem as our students’ grades are dependent on the quiz results and, if the quizzes are not appearing on time or not at all, our kids might get a E grade on their report card.

In addition, the app is functioning very slow and pauses in between, making it quite frustrating to use. Moreover, I think that it needs a tremendous amount of improvement.

I hope your team takes this issue under consideration and kindly work on them.

Login Issue After Update

After the latest update, the app logged me out automatically and now it doesn’t recognize my login credentials. Even when I try to reset the password and select my school, it says I don’t have an account with them. This is very frustrating, as everything was working fine before the update. Please fix this issue urgently!

Notifications disappear permanently

The notifications will be permanently disappear once it is read or simply opened without reading. If I need to read it again I will not be able to search it anywhere in the whole app. Kindly retain the read notifications in the notification tab and seperate it like read and unread. So that any important notification will not be missed for future reference.
