There is no scope for logout and relogin in ios . Update this changes as soon as possible

The web based or the app based .. your platform is pathetic. Nothing goes thru in an instant. Trying to pay fee since a week. The dumb platform does not proceed beyond captcha and if does after several tries, wont proceed the payment. Dont know how so many schools have opted you. Zero rating

Very slow in response; poor payment gateway, bad interface, multiple time payment failure, not recommender to use by school at all

The app crashes every time when trying to open the app. When it is providing such an important service how can the app malfunction and crashes regularly. On a platform like iOS is ridiculous to see such an app. Please improve the app wise remove out from the store. Don’t waste time send money if it always crashes and you cannot fix it

Does not work
Once you close the app and reopen it stops working, have to reinstall and again same thing. Not sure how did iOS even pass this app to be on apple store.
QFix site
The site doesn’t function properly. Lately, the box for selection of dates is NOT coming on the screen. The bookings get fixed within “MILI-SECONDS”. It’s an absolutely painful experience.

Payment issues haven’t been fixed for 6 months
I have tried paying for term 1 and term 2 via the app. Unfortunately the payment via credit cards do not go through. The customer support is of no use as no one responds to the calls or emails. After 6 months while I try to do my term 2 fee, I have the same issue. For 6 months they haven’t fixed the issue. Worst product in the market. Should be taken out.
