Problema citas

Yo y cientos de otros usuarios NO pueden gestionar una cita médica. Y si trato de sacar cita de manera presencial, me dicen que use la app porque es la única manera de conseguir citas, pero ¿que hago si la app no sirve? Llevan años con ese problema

A cada momento se debe cambiar contraseña (no entiendo el porqué) además no se muestran los ultrasonidos, ni TAC, Rx u otros. Quisiera saber el porqué? Son mis exámenes y yo pago mi seguro tengo todo el derecho a poder accesar los cuándo y cómo yo lo desee.

Como es posible que con tanto que se paga a la caja haya que levantarse a las 5AM para sacar una cita medica? Es absurdo!!
